Ultra Multiplex (Red) EP 2 Grease is a lithium complex base grease formulated with highly refined base oil and specialty additives to meet severe requirements of machinery. The appearance is smooth, somewhat tacky, slightly stringy and red in color. This grease is capable of operations from -40°F to 350°F, but has a dropping point of more than 500°F. Their multipurpose properties facilitate use in a wide variety of industrial and automotive applications, operating under severe load conditions, elevated temperatures and exposure to moisture.

NP Multiplex (Red) EP Grease also has the additional advantage of a tackifier, which allows use in applications where ordinary grease will not remain in contact with, parts.

The use of Ultra Multipurpose (Red) EP Grease would result in:

  • Resists thinning or hardening in bearings, minimizing leakage and maintaining extended life service.
  • Specialty additives system minimizes chemical deterioration over extended periods of storage and service. Protects steel and copper alloy bearings against rust and corrosion
  • Provides effective wear protection for ball joints, drive shafts and other parts subjected to high pressure and shock loading.
  • Offers excellent low-temperature pumpability and high-temperature protection It effectively resists washout and excessive dilution by water, assuring all-weather

Ultra Open Gear Compound is manufactured from premium paraffinic base oils and highly refined bitumen. It has good adhesive properties which lends to its ability to protect surfaces under boundary conditions as it is not easily displaced from working surfaces by pressure. Due to its high viscosity, it also exhibits a cushioning effect for certain levels of tooth wear and misalignment.

The use of Ultra Open Gear Compound would result in:

  • Excellent adhesion to gear teeth and slow drain rate.
  • Minimizing wear under hostile conditions.
  • High load carrying capacity.
  • Good boundary lubrication characteristics.
  • Resistance to water washout and rust protection of ferrous parts.

Ultra Hydraulic Oils are premium anti-wear lubricants developed for use in both high and low pressure hydraulic systems for industrial and mobile applications. They are designed to provide efficient power transmission and outstanding lubrication of vane, gear and piston type pumps, actuators, control valves and hydraulic system components.

Ultra Hydraulic Oils are manufactured from premium quality hydro-treated base oils, which contain lower levels of impurities, and are blended with an advanced additive package. Without these impurities, that limits the performance of conventional base oils.

The use of Ultra Hydraulic Oils result in:

  • Proven field performance
  • Excellent rust and corrosion protection
  • Outstanding oxidation and thermal stability
  • Anti-wear performance
  • Longer lubricant life
  • Demulsibility
  • Superior hydrolytic stability
  • Low filter blockage tendency
  • Provision of superior anti-wear protection.
  • Less downtime reduced maintenance and longer component life.
  • Minimizing of harmful sludge and emulsions.
  • Longer oil service life, with reduced costs.

Ultra Turbine Oil R&O is a rust and oxidation inhibited oil and is ideally suited for the lubrication of high pressure steam turbines, governor hydraulic systems and other industrial applications where a lubricant with high oxidation stability is required.

Ultra Turbine Oil R&O is manufactured using refined hydro-treated base oils which are designed to provide outstanding lubricating properties such as high oxidation stability, low volatility and elevated flash/fire points. Ultra Turbine Oil R&O is formulated using a best-in-class additive package with a unique “Stay-Clean Technology” designed to impart the following qualities in the finished lubricants:

  • Excellent thermal stability
  • Advanced Filterability & Water Separation
  • Unsurpassed Sludge & Varnish Control
  • Exceptional Demulsibility
  • Outstanding oxidative stability
  • Low Foaming Tendency

The use of Ultra Turbine Oil R&O with “Stay-Clean Technology” would result in:

  • Protection of bearings and other metallic parts against rust and corrosion (Oil was tested with both distilled water and synthetic seawater and passed both tests. Also achieved the highest rating for the copper corrosion test).
  • Reduction in the formation of acidic products that can lead to corrosion.
  • Reduces the formation of varnish, sludge and emulsions.
  • Better oil circulation and functioning of governors and oil relays.
  • Reduced loss of suction at the oil pump which is caused by entrained air with resulting loss of lubrication of critical components).
  • Long service life.

The Ultra Hydraulic Oils HV range of lubricants are premium grade lubricants designed to provide outstanding lubrication of vane and piston pumps, actuators, control valves and hydraulic systems.

Ultra Hydraulic Oils HV are manufactured from high viscosity-index hydro-treated base oils, which contain lower levels of impurities, and are blended with an advanced additive package. Without these impurities, that limits the performance of conventional base oils.

The use of Ultra Hydraulic Oils HV results in:

  • Anti-wear performance
  • Corrosion protection
  • Anti-foam properties
  • Oxidation/thermal stability
  • Filterability
  • Demulsibility

NP Process Oils are manufactured from premium quality hydro-treated base oils. They are suitable for general-purpose lubrication where non-additive oils meet the lubrication requirements.

These oils offer the following benefits:

  • Good oxidation stability
  • Good Demulsibility
  • Moderate low temperature flow characteristics
  • Low volatility
  • Low carbon forming tendency
  • High thermal stability

Ultra Refcom Oils are high-quality refrigeration oils for the lubrication of compressors used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. These hydro-treated base oils provide chemical and thermal stability to meet the requirements of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
